How to measure

Use a soft tape measure over light clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight. If you land between sizes, use the fit ratings above to decide which way to go.

Chest
Around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, tape level.
Waist
Around your natural waist, where you wear your pants. Not your belt size.
Hips
Around the fullest part of your seat, feet together.
Inseam
From the crotch seam to the bottom of the ankle, on a pair of pants that fits well.
Sleeve
From the center back of your neck, over the shoulder, to the wrist with your arm slightly bent.
Hand
Around your palm at the knuckles, thumb excluded.
